Discover the power within you

Every journey begins with a single step.

A very wise person recently explained to me that we have ‘thought bubbles’ and ‘speech bubbles’. They went on to suggest that in certain situations I should think carefully about which ‘thought bubbles’ to pop and allow to become ‘speech bubbles’ and which should remain as thought bubbles and be allowed to float away.

This excellent piece of coaching has already made a big difference to how I experience the world around me.

Are you looking for someone to explore your journey with and support you as you take your next steps?

Fiona M. Low BA.

My name is Fiona. I am 51 and I have known I was different or odd for most of my life.

I have three wonderful children all who are neurodivergent and two who are on the Autism spectrum. When one was reaching adulthood, three years ago, I started to research Autistic traits in women. The more research I did the more I came to the realisation that ‘This is me!’.

Like many of us, I took a deep dive into the Aspie Quiz, RAADS-R, CAT-Q, AQ-10, AQ, SQ, EQ and scored unequivocally highly in them all. Once I processed the implications of these results it took time for me to adjust and decide on my next steps. I received a multi-disciplinary team diagnosis on 10th May 2023.

I believe that neurodivergence is highly complicated but beautiful. It brings many gifts and talents that can be harnessed and utilised to achieve wonderful things, but it is not without it’s struggles.

I have twenty years of awareness and experience of working to tackle issues which people in the Autistic community face on a daily basis. I have worked with Health, Education, third sector organisations and private providers to access opportunities and support that has allowed others to fulfil their potential and love their lives.

My special interests include the Autism Spectrum, Children’s Care and Justice, Mental Health and Wellbeing. I have a passion for organisation and stationary.

I am here to help you tackle these challenges and have become an accredited Life Coach to ensure that I do this in the best way possible.

I hope to get the chance to meet you and have the privilege of accompanying you on part of your journey.

“Why am I afraid to tell you who I am? I am afraid to tell you who I am, because, if I tell you who I am, you may not like who I am, and it's all that I have...”
